Things to Remember
Kindly give us a 24-hour notice for in-store pickup orders of deli trays, gift baskets, and merchandise. If you would like to ship gift baskets or Arrowhead merchandise please contact the Arrowhead Business Center at 301-387-4020. For your convenience, we can ship FedEx, UPS and USPS. We can only ship within the continental US. Shipping of your purchase will take approximately 7-10 business days. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military bases. Products and prices are subject to change.
Payment Policy
Payment for orders placed online may be processed over the telephone or at the time of in-store pickup. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please contact the Arrowhead Business Center at 301-387-4020.
Returns Policy
Please note we can only process an exchange for items that are defective or damaged. This needs to occur within 15 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days. Please call us at 301-387-4020, and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We try to be as accurate as possible, but we make no warranties or representations that the content, including product descriptions, prices and depictions, is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free and we assume no liability therefore. If a product you purchased is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Information you provide that arrowheadmarket.com receives is stored and is used solely to communicate with you and send you information about our Web site and specials. We also use information you provide in order to respond to your questions and to customize your shopping experience.
